Endemic to S.Aust., with only a minor occurrence in the Flinders Ranges region around Quorn. In low woodland vegetation associated with <I>Callitris columellaris</I> along rocky creeks or on to the lower slopes of the ranges. Soils; shallow calcareous loamy. Rainfall 300 mm.
