Description:
Annual glabrous herb; stems very weak, with regular internodes, to c. 25 cm high; leaves sessile, linear-lanceolate, c. 2 cm long.
Inflorescence raceme-like, pedunculate; sepals 5, broad, obtuse, 2-3 mm long, 3-nerved; petals white, 3-4 mm long, deeply bilobed; stamens 10; styles 3.
Capsule equal to the sepals or slightly longer; seeds c. 10, light-coloured when young, winged.
