Description:
Shrub to 1 m; leaves and involucral bracts covered with long fine white hairs; involucral bracts 6-12; flowers 25-70 in each head; pedicels 0.5-2 mm long, covered with coarse hairs 2-5 mm long.
Perianth 14.5-18.5 mm long, covered outside with long fine white spreading hairs and additional coarse hairs on the upper tube.
