Description:
Scrambling subshrub to 1 m high; leaves somewhat leathery, narrow-hastate, acute, c. 15 mm long; basal lobes narrow, acute.

Inflorescence branched; flowers and fruits sessile.

Fruiting perianth fleshy and reflexed, red; berry ovoid, c. 4 mm long; seed horizontal to erect, c. 1 mm diam.; testa moderately reticulate.
