Description:
Spreading shrub; leaves subsessile, lanceolate to ovate, 25-50 (rarely to 70) x 5-15 (rarely to 45) mm; upper surface sparsely to densely white- or grey- or fawn-pubescent; lower surface white- or grey- or fawn-sericeous; margin flat, more or less revolute.

Inflorescence terminal, sessile, corymbose or umbel-like, 1-5-flowered; sepals ovate, 4.5-5 mm; petals spathulate, acuminate, 10-17 x 3-4 mm, cream to yellow or pale-purple; filaments winged at the base; ovary densely hirsute, 6-7 x 2-2.5 mm.

Fruit a shortly cylindrical berry, 24-25 x 7-8 mm, glabrous or sparsely pubescent; seeds irregularly shaped, dark-brown, verrucose, reticulate, 1.5-2 x 0.5-1 mm.

Conservation status: native
