Description:
Low much branched prostrate to semi-erect shrub; stems with scattered to dense white or brown pubescence; leaves scattered or clustered, linear or ovate, 4-14 x 0.5-3 mm, glabrous with maturity, apex acute or 3-toothed, margins revolute, occasionally ciliate.

Flowers solitary, occasionally 2 or 3 together; sepals glabrous, linear to lanceolate, acute, 2-4 mm long; petals white with purple tips, linear-lanceolate, 3-6 x 0.5-2 mm; ovary sessile, glabrous, 1-2.5 x 0.5-1 mm.

Capsule 3.5-6 ~ 4.5-7 mm, smooth or finely rugose; fruiting pedicel recurved; seeds black, rugose or verrucose.
