Common name: Pincushion mistletoe.
Description:
Plant more or less shortly and densely white-tomentose; epicortical runners absent; leaf lamina oblong to elliptic, 20-40 X 6-20 mm, attenuate at the base into a petiole 4-8 mm long, rounded at the apex.
Inflorescence peduncle 5-15 mm long; flowers 3-5, sessile, in a single group with the central flower ebracteate; bracts 2-2.5 mm long: calyx limb entire, c. 0.5 mm long; corolla 18-26 mm long, green; anthers c. 2 mm long, about one quarter of the length of the free part of the filament.
Fruit nearly globular, c. 6 mm long.
