Description:
Annual herbs, slender, rigid, erect, to 40 cm tall, glabrous or slightly papillose; leaves pinnatisect with 1-3 pairs of linear lobes, 1-6 cm long, reducing to filiform and entire above.
Sepals 3.5-5.5 mm long; petals 8-13 mm long, the narrow tip more than half the total length, olive-green to purple.
Silicula oblong to ellipsoid, terete, 4-7 mm long; pedicels stout, appressed to slightly spreading, to 10 (rarely to 15) mm long; seeds ovoid, compressed, 1-1.5 mm long, 8-15 per locule.
