Common name: Narrow-leaved phebalium.
Description:
Shrub to 1 m high; branchlets ferruginous-scaly; leaves with petioles less than 1 mm long; lamina narrowly oblong, c. 3-15 x 1 mm, closely revolute, glabrescent to minutely scabridulous on the upper surface, lower surface scaly.
Inflorescence terminal, a 3-10-flowered umbel-like cluster; pedicels slender, 5-8 mm long, scarcely widening towards the apex; calyx hemispherical, c. 1 mm long, truncate, ferruginous-scaly; petals elliptic, c. 4 x 2 mm, silvery- to ferruginous-scaly outside; anthers yellow; gynoecium 5-carpellate; carpels c. 1 mm high, ferruginous-scaly; style as long as the stamens; stigma minute.
Fruit and seed not seen.
