Description:
Bulbs ovoid, c. 2 cm long; tunics brown; rhizome to 20 cm; stem erect, 5-30 cm, sometimes branching, pubescent to hirsute, the upper part foliaceous, the basal part with brown scales; petioles 1-2 mm long, flattened; leaflets 3, oblong, 5-15 mm long, c. 4 mm broad, slightly emarginate, often conduplicate-falcate.
Flowers axillary, solitary; sepals lanceolate, 6-8 mm long, pubescent; petals pink or purple, yellow at the base, 20-30 mm long.
Fruits unknown here.
