Description:
Herb to 0.7 m high or more, pubescent with glandular hairs; leaves mostly cauline, sessile; lamina to 10 cm long, ovate, obovate or often deltoid on upper leaves, with a cordate base.
Inflorescence with solitary interfoliar flowers along the upper parts of leafy stems; calyx to 20 mm long; corolla tube 40-70 mm long, c. 2.5 mm wide at the top of the calyx; limb to 50 mm diam., lobes broadly triangular; upper 4 stamens in pairs of slightly unequal length.
Capsule c. 12 mm long, narrowly ovoid to oblong; seeds c. 1 mm long, reniform; testa wrinkled.
