Description:
Compact shrub or undershrub 10-80 cm high; stems ribbed; leaves oblanceolate, obtuse, 4-35 mm long, up to .5 mm wide, leathery to succulent.

Involucres 4-5.5 mm long, 2-4 mm diam.; inner bract laminae 2-4 mm long, 1-2.5 mm wide.

Distribution:  Occurs on coastal cliffs and exposed coastal sand dunes. S.Aust.: EP, YP, KI. Flowering time: most of the year.
