Description:
Annual herbs, glabrous or with simple hairs.
Sepals spreading, equal; petals not clawed; stamens 6; median glands present.
Silicula dehiscent; septum slightly narrowed; valves slightly keeled; seeds 3-7 per locule, in 2 rows, mucous; radicle incumbent. (Shaw (1974) Contr. Gray Herb. 205:154-158).
