Cakile maritima

Synonymy: Not Applicable Common name: Two-horned sea-rocket.
Description:
Annual herb, decumbent or ascending, branches to 80 cm long; leaves succulent, petiolate, deeply pinnatifid to entire.
Inflorescence a raceme; sepals 4-5.5 mm long; petals 8-14 mm long, white to purple.
Silicula 12-27 mm long, 4-8 mm wide, somewhat hastate, articulating between the upper and lower segments; upper segment conical-hastate; lower segment obconical, expanding to 2 lateral horns.
